Magnolia House Rules Summary

·       Respect the property, quiet, and peace of all residents of Magnolia House.

·       Occupancy is limited to 4 persons (1 bedroom) or 6 persons (2 bedrooms).

·       A responsible adult must be on premises with all guests under age 18.

·       Guests and Renters may NOT invite others to use Destin Pointe facilities.

·       ABSOLUTELY nothing is to be tossed or thrown from any balcony or walkway. Owners and/or guests will be responsible for any damage to a balcony canvas caused by tossing a burning cigar/cigarette from above. No Smoking units includes NO SMOKING ON

·       Waste is to be disposed of through the trash chutes located on each floor. If it is too large for the chute, the dumpsters are located by the tennis courts.

·       ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED for guests or renters at Magnolia House.

·       Owners must keep pets on a leash at all times when outside owner unit. NEVER leave a dog or other pet unattended to bark or destroy property.

·       No bicycles, skate boards, bouncing balls, etc. on walkways or stairwells.

·       Owners, guests, and renters must cooperate with Destin Pointe Employees (850) 837-4897.

·       Magnolia House Parking Garage is for Magnolia House residents and guests only.

·       Owner and guest vehicles must display a Destin Pointe parking pass.

·       Please close sliding doors and windows when air conditioning is in use.

·       Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. to 10:00 A.M. Radios, televisions, musical instruments (noisy children/ pets) must not exceed a reasonable volume.

Magnolia House Condominium Association, Inc. and its Board of Directors want your stay to be pleasant. Please remember that Magnolia House is home to owners and renters. Treat our property with care and respect so all may enjoy living and/or visiting here.

Owners are responsible for communicating these rules to renters, rental agencies, and realtors by posting on VRBO, and forwarding them to the owner’s rental agency. Destin Pointe Courtesy Officers will notify owner/guest of violation of Magnolia House/Destin Pointe Rules. Further violations will make guests subject to termination of their stay and possible forfeiture of rent paid.
