I would book this condo for each trip to Destin
The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Has everything you could need. Perfect view of the pass from the balcony to watch the boats & fireworks. Great to have an elevator and carts. Nice pool area & walkable beach access to the gulf and jetty. Loved that there were 2 chairs and an umbrella provided. Short distance to HarbourWalk, drive or take boat taxi. The Destin Pointe community is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully appointed Magnolia House unit #507 at Destin Pointe. It made our getaway relaxing and memorable. The unit has been updated to include everything we needed and a bunch of stuff that was just cool to have (wifi, charging station, Alexa Echo device). Additionally, Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with. They delivered everything as promised, checked on our satisfaction after we entered the unit, and provided all the information we needed throughout our stay. Unit 507 is our favorite
We have enjoyed staying at Mag house during previous trips to Destin Pointe. Unit 507 is our favorite! The view from the 5th floor is wonderful, and the condo is updated and comfortable. We have made ourselves at home and have enjoyed every minute. We know several people who own houses in the neighborhood, but we prefer our own space, and I'm sure we will be repeat visitors to 507! Every year brings joy, great weather and a special condo - 507! Thank you for sharing it and all the extras. A new microwave, floors, kitchen supplies, and LOVE the new sink. Such a treat! As usual, I head for the pool, walk around DP, and of course the beach! I wish you good health and many blessings. P.S. I'm not from the South but I always get here as fast as I can with many thoughts of returning again... The new rug is beautiful and perfect.
