*Recently added back to the rental market* Classy Beaches is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home on the peninsula of Holiday Isle, a stunning oasis surrounded by the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As you enter the main floor, you’ll be greeted with plenty of natural light from the windows that offer views of the surrounding landscape.

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with large countertops, and ample cabinet space. The kitchen also features a dining nook in addition to the dining table, making it easy to serve meals and snacks to guests.

The home boasts four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The third bedroom features two twin size beds. The fourth bedroom on the main floor, although this room does not have a closet, features a twin over-double bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. The home holds two queen sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space.

The large private pool is perfect for lounging in the sun or taking a refreshing dip on a hot day. The pool area also offers stunning views of the nearby lake. The covered patio area has a ceiling fan, outdoor seating, a porch swing, and a grill, making it the perfect spot for open-air dining.

In addition to the private pool, the home has access to two beach access points, a seasonal beach tram, four adult bikes, and three resort-style pools. The Destin Pointe community also boasts tennis and pickleball courts, a hot tub, and a fitness center, all available to guests.

Finally, the home also features a commercial-grade washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes clean and fresh during your stay.
